How long does shipping take?

What happens if my package is delayed?
While we do our best to ensure your order arrives on time, occasional delays can happen due to customs, weather, carrier issues, or other circumstances outside our control. If your order appears to be significantly delayed, contact us and we’ll be happy to investigate.

Where do I find my tracking number?
It's in your shipping confirmation email (please check spam too). You can also follow it on our Track Your Order page.
My tracking isn't updating, is that normal?
It can take 24 to 48 hours for tracking to show movement after dispatch. If it's longer than that, email us and we'll check on it.
How long does delivery take?
It depends on your country. US orders usually arrive in about 1 to 2 weeks (around 6 to 9 business days in transit after a 1 to 2 day processing window); other countries about 1 to 3 weeks (around 7 to 11 business days). On average it's about a week and a half to most places.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Email Support@Magiquegifts.com with your order number as soon as possible. If it hasn't shipped yet, we'll do our best to update it.
I entered the wrong address, what now?
Contact us straight away with the correct address. As long as it hasn't shipped, we can fix it before it goes out.

Email us your order number and we'll track it down with the courier and make sure you're looked after.
